Our entry level model in the T-series is actually anything but 'entry level'.  This is a custom shop grade guitar with specifications much higher than most major brands USA factory made models at a similar price-point.  The T-S2-OG is for those who don't need a specific logo on their headstock but do appreciate getting the best value in the market

90+ year old reclaimed Fir body.
- Rocky Mountain Douglas Fir from decommissioned and demolished Southern Alberta grain elevators.

This beautiful (and plentiful) reclaimed timber would already have been hundreds of years old when harvested by a logging industry that had not yet realized the benefits of protecting Old-Growth forests. They endured infamously relentless Chinook winds of the area for almost one-hundred more years. It seems a crime to let it all go to waste and we want to do our part in helping prolong the use of this hearty timber by keeping it relevant for decades to come. This Old-Growth reclaimed Fir is almost ideally seasoned for use in musical instruments. We want to help prolong the use of this uniquely timber by repurposing it for use in our musical instruments. Not only is this guitar a piece our local history; but it has aged with incredibly hard, tight grain and very light weight. It is highly resonant and produces loud and complex acoustic tones.
 
Wooden grain elevators are an iconic structure that dominated local landscapes since 1895 but the Alberta Wheat Pool discontinued the practice of building them out of wood in 1985.

    Fine sprayed satin (non-gloss) Nitro wax rubbed for our authentic 'Weathered' finish. That's right, it's not Relic'd, but 'Weathered' because we don't believe in dropping, banging, scratching and dragging your beautiful hand made instrument before you take ownership of it. Why would we?
